Quintino: Quintessential repose

I am an Emergency doctor who was looking for a place to relax escape the
chaotic work environment. Quintino provided just that. Loaded up with
Tuscan food at nearby Volterra prior to arrival I had little incentive to leave
Quintino. Every amenity is provided from traditional Italian Moka coffee
maker to the sunblock.

Unlike other agroturismo's there was true silence. No road noise or other
visitors. The views are of the expansive undeveloped Tuscan hills. I spent
many hours reading in the comfortable deck chairs on the covered porch
looking out at that view.

The town of Volterra offers all that is expected from a Tuscan town without
the throngs of tourists. Kind helpful people who have plenty of time to chat
to foreigners.

Finally Tristan the proprietor provides is a perfect host. Easily accessible,
knowledgeable, and extremely friendly and helpful yet respectful of our
privacy. All in all this place was the best place I have stayed in.
